Congrats to Abbey who came first in the heats and second in the final of her age group in the Joeys/Cubs billy cart derby on Sunday. Not bad for a cart that was whipped up by Dad in a day and that's been weather worn for the last year.

I find it fitting that Chickey has learned to say "yes" first, where Monkey could say "no" a good 6 months before saying yes. I think Chickey's speach will catch up with his brother's before long. Unlike his brother, he is learning to say a word every week or 2 and can say it correctly. Monkey still says "Bite" for bike and water without the "t".
